Patrick was our server and he was so polished and charming. The food was absolutely outstanding - I think the best in Vail by far. It turns out that the restaurant is also totally gluten free which we didn't even know until the end when we were informed - but if that would put you off, please do not let it. This is truly a 5 star meal from start to finish. Other reviews I read do not do this...

You cannot beat the Easter brunch at Ludwig's! The desserts alone justify the choice and Sunday morning on their patio in the village is a treat not to be missed ! FanTAStic staff!!

Opened seasonally from July through April, Ludwig's offers customers a menu filled with European flavored dishes for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is affiliated with the Sonnenalp Ski Resort and is open from 7am to 11am and again from 6pm to 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Dinner reservations are reccommended.
