Wow...How far they fall. Lucky has always been one of my go to places but after today, never again. My order was 15 mins. late so I called just to check on it's whereabouts. I called 3 times and was sent to voicemail. The 4th call was finally answered and the woman that answered tells me it should be there soon and when I bring up that the order is already 15 mins. late, she laughs and hangs up...

The 2 stars are for their delivery service. This is my go-to diner in the neighborhood and I tried delivery for the first time this morning.
