Good Food. Bad Planning

The past few times I've been to this place, I've been more and more disappointed. The food is still very good, but something must be amiss in the planning department.

The day I got turkey and dressing, for example, it was delicious. But they didn't have any cranberry sauce. Boo. Not good. What's the point of cornbread dressing without it?

Another time I got the last piece of cornbread and it was like a brick. Couldn't eat it, so asked my "waitress" to get another one. By the time the fresh one arrived (it was delicious) I had long since finished my meal.

And as long as I'm griping, I'll say that I'm not a fan of the new "waitress plan" at Luby's. Somebody puts a straw on my table and expects a tip? No way. Now they've made it even sillier by withholding the butter, tartar sauce so the waitress HAS TO bring it to the table. Just another ploy to get a tip. Boo.

Doesn't make sense it's lunch time and they only have one cashier. I only ordered a soup and I had to follow the whole line, like I was ordering to eat here.
