Actually I'm rating this office as poor, from the person who receives the call and set s up an appointment. Very inefficient and unprofessional staff, over all has zero customer service.

Although Dr. Lubrits was very nice, Dr. Mayer and most of the nurses at this hospital are horrible.

Dr. Lubrits performed a sinus surgery on me last year. His pre surgery care and the actual surgery were very good. On the other hand, Dr. Mayer was rude, wasted my time and money, and just horrible overall.

He made me wait extra hour twice when I saw him. He was rude both times, only looked at my nasal for 30 sec and told me the same stupid stuff that I didn't even need to go see him to be told.

Do not recommend this dude.
