Horrible, snotty customer service staff member informed us after they started on the routine oil change that our van required a "special" filter (which, after doing our own research, it does not), so they charged us an extra fee for that, for oil, and a "service fee" and we ended up paying FIFTY dollars for a basic, routine oil change. Service wasn't the best, got the job done. I only did it because I didn't want to do it in the winter. So everything went fine after the oil change, until summer rolled around and I started to do my oil change myself (as usual). Once I tried removing the old oil pan bolt, I realized they tightened the bolt way to tight. I now have to get a new bolt, and taking more time just to fix this places...

Very poor center. The staff are bad and they will kill you to death unless you pay them lot extra for other works other than Oil change. Oil change is an ourside business but they will rip you apart on other stuff. I would never go here

Rude and poor customer care! Complete NO NO !! Some of the staff are arrogant and rude. They do an incomplete job and when you point this to complete, behave as if you are asking for a favor. I had a terrible experience last time. I will never recommend to not waste your time , energy and money.
