This company came to give me a jump for a dead battery. They arrived promptly but then proceeded to tell me it was not a dead battery but a problem with the electrical system. My boyfriend asked that they keep trying to charge the battery. The driver attached the charger directly to my starter and it started with no problem. He charged an extra $40 (in addition to the $60 he was already charging) and became loud and threating when asked what the charge was for. I won't use this company again.
