I had the chance to tour Loyal Casket as a student of Mortuary Science back in 1987. They were very friendly, very caring people.
While their they received an order for a childs casket. They actually stopped production and immediatly processed the childs casket to order.
They take the loss of a family member seriously, from the alteration workers to the Administrative Personell.

Very polite, and down to earth place. They treat you like family. They will customize any casket inside and out just for you. We wanted a two tone off color casket with a special picture in the head panel. It turned out perfect. Thank you Tony, Will recommend to everyone.

I have done this a few times now with family members and hate it. Usually you feel some pressure and a sense of being taken advantage of. Let me tell you this is not the case at Loyal Casket. A friend told me to go there, and thank the lord for that. We got exactly what we wanted and felt very comfortable while conducting are business there. Tony is an old school down to earth gentleman.
