Great cut & took the time to cut my hair as it shapes naturally instead of just of a cookie cutter cut.

The haircut was bad. The stylist seemed very inexperienced. She needs more training. She needs a good stylist as a mentor while she's cutting to ensure that the cut is done properly.

I ended up having to go to another salon to have the cut fixed as much as it could be. Luckily my hair grows fast so the bald spot she gave me won't be noticeable for long.

I didn't even want to give one...

I've been here twice now and I have been satisfied with both experiences. The salon is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful- both over the phone and in person. Melanie was my stylist both times and she does good things with my hair, as well as being easy to talk to. And I certainly appreciate the value for the haircut, Loxx allows for a good haircut without breaking the bank.

Furniture was rock hard and very uncomfortable to sit on. The stylist was very professional and great.

Great cut and color. Will return.
