Horrible customer service from lowes.com. I ordered three items online using gift cards. One item magically disappeared from my order and I was told they cannot get me my gift cards back. WTF! I have the original confirmation as I took a screen shot in my phone after the order was complete. Still not enough. What a joke.

I find the staff at this Lowes more helpful than others that I have been to. The only problem can be when you need multiples of items sometimes stock is low.
