The customer Service was so bad I had to tell the employee to calm down. Because he was being such an ass. If he doesn't want to do his job he should find a new one.

I was super excited to get my refrigerator and washer and dryer ordered. It was disappointing and frustrating when they attempted to move my delivery date from the 8th to the 18th without telling me and didn't do anything to try and fix it until I had already spent half the day finding it elsewhere.

We have dealt with Lowe's Stores for years and the Riverton Lowe's is a different experience altogether. We are doing a remodel on a newly purchased home in South Jordan, replacing flooring, countertops and painting.
