The store manager Franc is a total bully and very unprofessional. I waited for 20 mins in appliances while employees cruised by me like I was invisible.

I ordered carpet from Lowe's to replace the old one in my house. I signed the contract on April 24 2013. The installation work was finished on May 18 2013. The carpet started to fuzz immediately after installation with usual/normal vacuum cleaning. Now more vacuum cleaning - more fuzzing. I filed the claim. The carpet inspector visited my house and submitted the report. My claim was declined...
