As others have indicated, poor customer service. I wanted to get flooring and the guy just looked at me, showed me where he had a pallet but never actually offered to help or bring over a cart or talk to be about the flooring in any way. I came in for a store pickup I did online. I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. I go to the store only to find out that it was never ready. I waited over 15 minutes. I finally went ahead and got my items for myself. This was not convenient nor an efficient use of my time.
