The Lowe's in Ogden, Utah has the worst customer service. Almost every person we've dealt with at this Lowe's has been rude and very unhelpful. We recently purchased a house and have several home improvement projects in the works. After several bad experiences with big purchases at Lowe's, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The Ogden Lowe's has the worst customer service! Tossed around and indefinitely put on hold every time we have called, treated like we're inconveniencing customer service or individuals on the floor when considering making a big purchase...
