Had a great experience ordering a grill, I was able to speak to someone and get the grill ordered within 5 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful and professional. I needed to call back to provide my payment information and he called to follow-up to make sure I submitted the information so he could get the grill ordered from Weber the same day. GREAT customer service!!
