Had a big problem with my Samsung French Door Fridge. Spoke with Emmanuel (assistant store manager) who told me "no worries". He listened to my concerns and replaced my fridge. Emmanuel kept in touch with me till I was completely satisfied. Forget H.D. with their horrible service. From now on I'll be getting my appliances from Lowes on 120.

VERY disappointing customer service with the managers at Lowes on Dallas Highway. The first manager I spoke with HUNG UP on me (I had barely explained the problem) and did not answer when I called back.
