Very rude customer service. Tayna the store manager is beyond rude and obviously does not know policies regarding returns and using a federally issued ID. I have spoken to corporate about this...

I am very disgusted with management at Lowes in Rosenberg!! Human feces was found and stepped on in the women's restroom and all the manager had to say was that they can't control what other people do. NO ONE came to clean it up. NO ONE offered assistance. BEWARE of the first stall in the woman's restroom. I'm pretty sure the poop is still there.

I ordered a new metal fence for our pool 6 months ago. It is still not installed. They finally got to work and pulled out all of the old fence the 2nd week of July but only installed 2 sides. I have not seen them in the last 6 weeks. I have been calling Lowe's multiple times per week and they always act surprised that it has not been completed. I have a very unsafe situation and a watch dog...
