Very unfriendly for handicapped folks, went there three times in the past week, there were NO electric mobility carts available, so I walked out, and drove to the store on Portsmouth Blvd in Chesapeake. I MIGHT go back if I were looking for something to stop the bleeding !

This Lowes has the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager doesn't follow through on his promises. And the Lowe's customer care line is a joke whenever they say they will contact you back. I wouldn't waste my time nor my money in this store
