Second appliance in six months from Lowe's. Both times delivery was messed up. Promised my dryer to deliver today by noon. At 12:30 I call. Still on the phone and they will not deliver today. Someone in the store that it was supposed to deliver it from changed it to another store and didn't move the delivery. So... Had I not called I would have never been contacted and my dryer would not have...

If I had not just spent 1.5 hrs shopping for a project with about 40 or so pieces including 10 ft long stuff, I would have put it all back and tried elsewhere once I saw that self checkout was my only option. People running everywhere but nobody checking people out. This is bad. On the flip side the guy in electrical was top notch and I found all the parts I was looking for.

I think its a great store everyone was helpful, and polite just like most all the Lowes I have been in. People need to be more supportive and considerate of employees who are doing the best tgey can.
