We went here looking for about 1500$ worth of items. After meeting rude employees that seemed to be bothered and customer service that didn't offer any customer service. We decided just eliminate Lowes from the equation all together. Maybe we can find a company helpful enough for us to spend our change with.

I like lowes but a little disappointed. I had a company come give me an estimate on carpet for my upstairs. It was a free estimate and they bring samples, etc. Lowes charges $35, which they give back to you if you buy, but if not your just throwing it out the window. They also don't bring samples. I would love a quote but want samples brought to me and free estimates, like every other company does

If you're buying things you take home with you, this Lowes is fine.
If you are buying things that need delivery BEWARE! The person working in appliances entered the order and I clearly told her delivery, ideally next day like all the signage advertises. She said, oh I don't think we can, and proceeded to enter NO delivery.
