So, yesterday I paid to have a water heater installed today (2/20/15) between noon and 4pm. I get a phone call from Lowe's around noon, telling me that some how the "Order Form" for the install service was never faxed over and now I have to wait till Monday to have it installed. Then I'm told from Lowe's that they can wave the "Emergency Service Charge"...NO SHIT!, do you really think it's an...

Friendliest home improvement store around. They are always willing to help and provide great service and value. They have a beautiful garden center and will load soil and mulch without even asking. Very knowledgeable but if they don't know, then they will find someone who does. Very happy with Lowes of North East!
