$6000 order for blinds. Take a day off work for a four hour window on guy to come measure. Blinds ordered. Order comes in with 9 light filtering instead of blackout and 6 blackout instead of light filtering, discovered on second day off work for install.
Third day off for another four hour window for sales rep to see for them-self that wrong blinds were ordered for each of two rooms. Reorder...

I really like Lowe's because they support the Military and I feel like they have better customer service then Home Depot.

Bad customer care rude employees. I'm sure there is some where else to shop. Ace hardware. Kids work there no trade experance there's no way they could ever answers any questions
