We bought a washer on Friday and told them we could pick it up on Sunday. When we went they told my husband that they didn't have it. I called to talk to the manager and he said they didn't have any record of us buying it even though my husband had the receipt. I told the manager I would be getting an attorney and he said he could no longer speak to me then. Not even 20 minutes later my husband...

MCALESTER, OKLAHOMA - Lowe's has always been veterans friendly. But today they took it to a higher level. I notice they installed reserved parking space for wounded PURPLE HEART vets. I went inside & thanked management for this. The employees say they are pleased as well. I shop at LOWES smile emoticon
