If you need help with something in the plumbing department, just go ahead and leave and head somewhere else, because you won't get help here. I waited for over 15 minutes, and heard page after page for someone to assist me, but no associate showed up. I left disgusted. What abysmal customer service

Lowe's is such a huge place it's always a struggle to find things. The staff was helpful when I asked for help finding something. It was well stocked, but I had some trouble figuring out the prices for some things because they were not clearly marked. I think the prices are pretty reasonable.

These people redefine incompetent, after ordering and paying for a fence for my house these people delivered the wrong parts to install the fence and when we caked to rectify the situation they gave us the run around. Horrible customer service.
