Not sure why all the negative reviews...I've been coming here for many years and it's been a great location. I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot any day! Recently purchased a new washing machine here and got an incredible deal during a 4th of July sale. Saved over 35% with two discounts. Yaaaaaas!

Just moved to the area and the wife and I needed to find a few things to improve/fix up our new apartment. Found what we needed here. Did get a little help from the staff, but we didn't really need it. Check-out was quick and efficient. Nothing bad to say about this place. Nothing outstanding either. Standard Lowe's.

Horrible customer service here. Just moved to KC and tried to buy some home improvement items. Lots of help standing around but no one helps. I'll try Home Depot down the road.

Poor service pass this one up and go to another one that is within 10 miles it will be worth the drive
