I really like this location and they have definitely gotten a lot of my money over the years. Never run into any issues at this location and M always greeted with them up most proper customer service.
Went in there to get some items and seen a sign that says "75% off marked price on clearance items". Though what a great deal found a countertop that was going to be marked down to $40 dollars. But when we went up to the register we were told that the sale is only off items on the sale racks. For future reference, Lowes might want to add a few words to there signs for clarification.

I had the worst experience. Ordered something online, paid for it online and I'm ready to pick it up and the store calls to tell me I can't have it. They have them in the store, my payment was processed and funds left my bank account but they refuse to give me my merchandise I paid for because of some glitch so it wrung up the wrong price and they won't honor it. Even though I already paid for...
I really hate this store, there are so many people that work here that you can tell have not training and really do not want to be there, and when you have a problem managers really don't care or care to make it right, save your self a trip and go to Home Depot, it's sad because I'm a Jimmy Johnson fan too, very very sad!
