I paid these jerks $35 to come out and "Measure my house for carpeting". They sent out some 16 year old kid who had NO IDEA what he was doing. When I went back to the store to get the "Results" and order the carpet, not ONE SINGLE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE STORE COULD FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH CARPET I NEEDED! I CAN DO THAT MYSELF!! THEN they refused to give my money back!!! They are rude and total...
