Missed two installation times for dishwasher. Finally got installed on third time and kept being told sorry and would get discount for time wasted. Was offered $100 gift card. What a joke. You think I want to come back?

Terrible service....bought all of our appliances for past 15 years was on another around of replacing the old ones,that was also bought from lowes.waited two weeks for delivery,was confirmed two days ago to get an email....not even a call to say rescheduled to another day,no reason given....when we called ..oh we have no delivery trucks....really Lowes,bet you would have one if I wanted to rent...

TERRIBLE. Carpet installed in an empty house- carpet began showing seams and pulled away from the entry way (3 separate entries) two weeks after install. Took Lowes over a week to return my calls. Then it took Lowes 6 weeks to come and fix the major issues. Two weeks after the "fix" it is pulling up again in two spots at the entry.
