Waited 20 minutes for help buying a gas grill, was told the person maybe on lunch break (at 11:30). Left without buying the grill.

Tried to order kitchen appliance. The detail people were really nice. It was a basic installation. Robert stated it would be 3 times the amount than what was posted previously. Also rude on phone. Manager on call was not very customer service orientated either. I work for a family owned lumber company in the area. We strive on our service. It sucks that we had this experience!
