I went into this store today, asked the customer service rep to order a dozen NEMA power plugs and they told me they couldn't do it, but to see that section clerk about ordering them. After 20 min of running around playing tag with their employees I gave up...and they wonder why I've never purchased from this store and never will! Personal note to the GM..."take charge and fix this or get off...
