We bought a storm door at this Lowe's and had it installed by one of their "professional" contractors. The guy stripped out screws, bent the door closer brackets, and dented pieces of the door. We probably could have done a better job ourselves! When we called Lowe's to complain, they sent a different contractor out to fix it. He replaced some of the dented sections of the door, but the...

We were putting on a new roof. Wrong supplies were ordered. They called Oswego store and was told they were there. Went to Oswego store and was told they didn't have them.
