The customer services at this store is below poor. I have to wait 30 minutes for them to bring up an order just to find out theres another problem thats gonna take another half hour. Sometimes its ok to use common sense.

so angry! I always buy my garden supplies and my plants I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars every year at Lowes.. Today I found out they changed their policy and they don't have their one year guarantee on their plants anymore they will only take back trees and shrubs so I guess I won't be shopping here at Lowes anymore I will take my business back to home depot, even walmart has a better...

I purchased two gallons of paint Memorial Day weekend, that qualified for a mail in rebate. I did the rebate online, and a couple weeks later got an email saying my rebate was being processed. I never recieved the rebate in the mail. I checked the status online and it says that the rebate was mailed 06/18/14. Ok well thats the last time I ever trust that I'll get my rebate since it didn't happen.
