I was there on 6/29/09 and found the lady in outdoor furniture went over and above to help me out - can't say enough about the service each and every time we've been to Lowe's in Bedford. Keep up the good work. Pauline

I would agree with the other review that their staff was not that helpful. Went to shop for carpet, ready to buy, and asked the person at the desk in flooring if they "were the carpet guy" and response was "not really, but I'm the one working in flooring today". He was near 0 help as we went thru various carpet samples and answered our own questions. General poor customer service skills. Other...

This is the newest Lowe's in my area. Since I'm putting on a large additiion, I have been shopping around alot. I've been to this particular store about 10 times in the last month. They have a great selection. The staff wasn't very helpful. They couldn't even tell me what kind of faucet I needed for the $1000 jacuzzi I purchased at THEIR store.
