I went to your store today to buy a well pump. I did. In a taped up box, because that's all you had in stock. After my husband opened the box, he found a used pump of a different brand. I am pretty disappointed, and we will not be spending any more money in your store. I got a brand new pump , cheaper in your competitors store. Bad business. oh, and your staff is not knowledgeable at all.

Seems to be the Lowe's tradition to NOT offer customer assistance. They actually seem to avoid the customers! So opposite of Home Depot.

Due to the location (on 611, immediately off of 80), supplies go quickly during bad weather & disaster situations (shovels, salt, gas cans, etc.). Staff is knowledgeable about their own departments.
