Poor customer service in the plumbing department. I was there 1/15/16 at 3pm. I was there to purchase a toilet seat. There was a large crane blocking the seats. I climbed though the crane (or ladder) to review my options. Fifteen minutes later I found what I wanted and exited the department. The worse service I have ever received. Workes were worthless. If you don't like your job than move on in life. Asked for manage and some kid comes out and asked if I was a funny guy and then made fun of us. Really!? This is going to corporate.

What do I think? I think the individuals that work at customer service need to use their brains a little more. When someone arrives at 6am with a broken pump (after two hours of bailing water overnight because said pump didn't work when it was desperately needed after only 2 uses!), telling them there is absolutely nothing to do without a receipt is unexceptional customer serviceThey told me...
