While getting a water heater today the guy that was helping me decided to go home for the day without telling me or offering to get someone else to help me. He said he was going to get a lift and just never came back. We did get the water heater eventually but we're not going back. Very disappointed.

Since the bad customer service incident and not having the discount applied to my I contacted customer service and they had the store manager Sam contact me. He was very friendly and understanding and has since then resolved my issues. I can appreciate he took this personally and I will be happy to give Lowe's another shot specifically because how he handled this situation.Thanks Sam!
