Ordered a grill online and had it shipped to the Lowe's Home Improvement in Alexandria, VA. The box weighs 140 lbs. Store personnel loaded it into our car for my wife who went to pick it up. We get it home, unload it and find a 6"x4" hole in the box (very obvious) with the product damaged inside. There is NO WAY store personnel didn't see this hole. In fact, the tape on the top of the box was...

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. All I wanted was a door installed. You won't do it unless I let you remodel the whole entrance for thousands of dollars. You won't see me again.
