They helped my laptop and my neigbors My laptop was having strange issues. Random restarts, random errors, random crashing, all that crap that makes you wanna buy a MAC. Anyway, they ended up doing what they call a back and whack and my machine is really fast now. Hopefully I won't screw it up again. I told my neighbor about it and I think she uses them too.
