We went to Lovett Dental today and I must say I was greatly pleased by the professionalism yet, friendly service i received.Our appointment was at 9:15 and we were seen right away. After several doctors and nurses completed their exam, they explained every thing so that I could understand. Then I was taken into a private office to discuss my options., Donna was her name and she was excellent explaining all my financial options as well,also answered any questions,and I had and I had quite a few! I retired and got Medicare at that time. I had a list of doctors which included Lovett Dental. I went to their office and asked for a cleaning. They took me and did xrays, then the doctor came in briefly looked at my teeth and told me the next day he was going to Hawaii very flippantly. They ushered me out. I ask why I didn't get my teeth cleaned and the front desk said I had to make another appointment. So I did. When I came the next time, the hygienist looked at my teeth and said I needed a deep cleaning. By the way, her personality was rude and abrupt. I said not this time. She...
