Do not do any business with Love homes!! They ripped off my brother and sister-in-law and my In-laws. Salesman Jack promised my family mobile homes and they haven t seen anything. He got $760 from my in-laws and $2,220 from my brother and sister-in-law. We are very happy with our new home that we have recently purchased. We are very happy to have done business with Larry Higgins. Larry was there and answered every question that we had. We are very happy and would recommend Love Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

If you would like to keep your sanity and your money, do not use Love Homes. My boyfriend entered into a contract with them to buy a house to be put on land that he was going to buy. With the housing market the way that it is, his current house didn't sell yet and he had to get out of the contract. No land was bought and no house was bought. Stay away from this company. They have the former "owner" of kan do homes working for them. Just look up kan do homes and see how many people were ripped off by the this guy (g.r.) who went belly up. This is at least the 5 th place he has "worked" for .most are now out of business.

This guy has been arrested for taking money from people and not delivering. He has numerous court complaints...
