I am writing this review provisionally with the expectation that I will obtain my C of O. Mr.Lounder and associates are highly skilled and solve construction problems practically and easily. However, if you live in Keene, you must (and I can't stress this enough) do a certified survey and submit it with your building permit application, or risk having the City of Keen buildings Department...

When our roof was damaged by a wind storm, we called Everett Lounder. He arrived very quickly to help assess the damage and to replace the roof. The work was done quickly and the results were teriffic. Based on our experience with this contractor I would highly recommend his services!
