Horrible communication and follow through as well as fiscal responsibility to customers. I believe this company is now McWane Landscapes (mcwaneland.com) and was at one point Green Keepers (grrenkeepersbr.com). Although my card has been charged by Greenkeepers and Integrity, so who knows!?Started service in second half of 2016, was fine until 2017. Not sure what changed, but lawn service was...

I used Green Keepers, originally Louisiana Ground Control, for 3-4 years, on our second home in Baton Rouge. They came on like gang busters and really stepped up to the plate. They sent emails to keep me informed and Michael Coates was very professional. As time went on, things changed. I no longer got an email reminding me when they were coming. There were several problems with over billing....

We had multiple missed mows due to weather or short staffing. Usually the owner was prompt at explaining and communicating this and often offer a discount. In the last few months they were missing more , not weeding as they were contracted to do.last month i recieved 1 mow by the 22nd of the month when i was suppose to be weekly. I was brushed off so we canceled our service. They are still...
