GOOD, SOLID WORK. I have lots of things done here. Pants, jeans, formal gown, window coverings. Every time they are done with good quality work and on time. She works during the weekdays only - if you need a fitting with her (bridal) go then. Otherwise the weekend desk person has been good with my garments and results have been as expected. Sometimes pricey, but overall good business...

AWFUL, UGLY, DISAPPOINTED. Extremely disappointed with the works and the manners. Business ethics border on sheer negligence, deceit, lies, and use of intimidation if can get away with it. First I took a coat to shorten the hand. I did not use the retailer s paid tailoring in the mall in order to get a professional and nice work on a fairly expensive coat and agreed to pay almost double. ...

I have had several things done here and had excellent results. I even buy new clothes knowing I can altered at a resonable price.

This place is AWFUL. I dropped off an extremely simple tanktop that just needed the straps taken back and they made me wait two and half weeks before telling me, on the day it was due to be picked up, that the seamstress "couldn't do it because the top was too complicated." You know, instead of telling me when I dropped it off or a few days later they made me wait TWO WEEKS before telling me...

I'm really short and I often need pants hemmed and sleeves shortened. I had been bringing my clothes to a place in Oshkosh and when I moved to Appleton I started bring my things in to Louis Tailoring. I have gotten great service and the seamstress seems to set her own prices and is always reasonable. There was only one instance in which she was late by three days for couple pairs of pants that...
