Left an old window screen as a template for a new screen. Prepaid and waited for a call as promised. Store never called. I stopped on way home after 10 days and screen is done, and my old screen was discarded for some unknown reason. Screen appears to be good, but service is lacking and I now have to buy another screen to replace the one they discarded.

This store is great for finding those fittings and nuts and bolts that the big hardware stores don't seem to carry. Owned and operated by a father and son this store is a hidden treasure in Arnold, MO.

This is a great little hardware store that's been around for year. They recently changed ownership but are still wonderful. You may pay a little bit more but it's worth the personalized service. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband...
