I have waited over 55 minute on hold or in attempt to contact the assigned person taking care of my mother without success,Further, I was disconnected mulitilple times. had to calm down a bit before I could write this post.... soooo freaking upset with my mom's healthcare.... they took her off of a very strong pain medication (no, I don't want her on it forever)...
