I received a phone call on Friday, August 7, 2015 from the manager at the office. She informed me that the upstairs apartment water heater busted & flooded my downstairs apartment. I was out of town when this happened but, I was not far away. I immediately came home. When I got there, I had an industrial blower, a dehumidifier & a wetvac in my house. This apartment is located in the hood of hoover, the only hood this place knows. They charged me a tons of fees when i moved and did not tell me a thing. This place is roach infested and had to exterminate my own apartment. I did better than their pest control bug the grounds are infested so good luck walking to your car at night.
