Lori has been extremely helpful in supporting us in the process. As a non-US couple it was a real challenge for us to understand the selling process in the US. Lori has guided us the whole way through in the process. Personally we believe that she could have been more aggressive to recommend a selling price, but in the end we got the price we wanted, so it all worked out.
