Best customer service. This agency actually takes their time to explain coverages so customers can make better decision. It is not all about the price but the coverage. Educate yourself, don't wait for an accident to occur before you look into it.

Provide customer service, educate, explain, and prepare a client regarding the different types of coverages for their different needs. Assist them filing out their claims paperwork. Understand how their insurance will respond in an accident depending on their choice of coverage. Finding them the company that will give them the most discounts to help them retain their policy.
