I bought gift cards at LOREC Ranch. They didn't work! I had to go all the way back to the store with the gift cards, which had already been given but had to be returned to me. I figured I should get some sort of deal for my trouble, so I asked for an extra 10% to be added to the cards (it totaled $30). The owner said "NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT," then proceeded to call me the Grinch of Christmas! ...

zero stars wasnt an option. horrible service. definitely not worth the trouble. they dont care about their customers at all. if you call to check on your order they are always "slammed" with customers and have to put you on hold and then they tell you they will have to call you back in a couple of days which of course they never do. really its not worth it.

we purchase 11 items from Lorec ranchfor our home in Colorado and all the pieces was Special orders, Measurements, finishes, leathers and very unique old Door Woods, spend only 4,000 dlls and all arrived incredible perfect.,our dear neighbors in Colorado are Killing to drive to Lorec, in Oklahoma city and save tons of Money, i wait a liitle bit more than 10 weeks but we save over 8,000 dlls...

Don't ever order furniture from them!

It's has been over 6 months and still don't have my sofa, and really no excuse as to why it has taken so much longer than promised. Customer service is definitly not that important to these people, and it has been a very frusterating experience. I was so excited when I ordered now I will be p'od every time I sit on the darned thing.

If you're into the more southwest style of furniture, the Lorec Ranch is the place for you. They have some absolutely GORGEOUS pieces of furniture to include couches, tables, armoirs, etc. The prices are reasonable for the quality of craftmanship that you are getting.
