Worst customer service I have ever received, I went in to exchange a back on an ear ring that I had not worn because a plastic tag was put on a gold back that was wrapped around the loop where it should not have been pulled it as you would with any gold jewelry because they are suppose to come off easily when it bent the manager of the jewelry counter was the most rude hateful clerk I have ever had the misfortune of coming across he told me he would only give me a new one if he had a spare and not until I admitted I yanked the tag and ruined it, I had not asked for an exchange or refund and...
