I called Loop Towing because my 2004 bmw broke down on me. They arrived within 30 mins with a very nice flatbed truck (i was nervous that it was not going to be a flatbed) and took great care of my baby. They towed it to their shop on morgan and fixed the issues with no hick-ups. I will definitely refer them and i hope I do not have to use them again. lol. They are truely pros when it comes to car CARE!!!

FIRST, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU, THIS COMES UNDER THE SAME WEST LOOP AUTO BODY. My experience is very similar to the other person I noted that rated this place. I can't begin to tell you how horrible the whole experience was. Everything the previous person before me said applies and I have more. I finally got my car back after a very long wait. They had not even repaired the rear end of my car....
